If you cancel or don't show up for an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged the full amount of the service. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, it will be considered a no-show or cancellation.
For 'cut' services, please cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For 'chemical' services, please cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
All Japanese Straight Perm and Brazilian Blowout services require an initial $125 deposit at the time of booking. This amount is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation. The $125 will be subtracted from the full service amount at the conclusion of the performed service.
A second no-show or multiple late arrivals will result in being dropped as a client. All decisions regarding canceling, rescheduling, and refunds are at the full discretion of the stylist/owner and are final.

カット系のキャンセルは24時間前まで、ケミカル系（カラー・パーマ）のキャンセルは48時間前までにお願いいたします。
日本式ストレートパーマ・ブラジリアン ブローアウトのご予約には、$125 のデポジット（前金・返金不可）を予約時にお預かりいたします。施術完了後に本体料金から差し引きます。
2度目の無断欠席や、複数回の遅刻があった場合、今後のご予約をお断りすることがございます。キャンセル・リスケ・返金に関する判断は、スタイリストの裁量となります。
